(Help with electric bills)...It is the Imperial County COVID 19 Electricity Relief Program.

It is for those affected by COVID 19 and are in financial difficulty and cannot pay thir power bills. To apply for assistance, submit an application with the required documentation in a sealed envelope in person at the Imperial County Executive Office, 940 West Main Street, Suite 208 in El Centro. Application packets are available at imperialcounty.org or at iid.com. You can also call the IID at 1-800-303-7756.
