The Imperial County Public Health Department updated the numbers on the COVID-19 pandemic.

As of Friday there are 1,372 active cases of the coronavirus in the Valley. That’s down from 1445 on the Wednesday update. The Friday update shows 77.82 new cases per day per 100,000 population and 32.63 per cent positivity rate. The number of deaths attributed to the virus remained at 356.
