U.S. Border Patrol agents arrested 3 U.S. citizens after finding 152 pounds of methamphetamine in their car.
The seizure was made Monday night at the Interstate 8 checkpoint east of Yuma , Arizona. A Nissan Rogue was referred to secondary inspection after a canine team alerted to the vehicle. A search of the cargo area led to the discovery of 5 duffel bags stuffed with a total of 152 pounds of methamphetamine. The meth is valued at over $500,000. Agents arrested 3 women from Oklahoma that were in the car.
