The Imperial Valley Task Force retuned from their deployment Friday night.

The Task Force included firefighters and equipment from Yuma , El Centro , Holtville , Calipatria , and Imperial County Fire Departments as well as a Chief officer from CDCR.   Initially the Task Force was assigned to the Silverado Fire in Orange County and later reassigned to the Blue Ridge Fire in San Bernardino County. The crews worked 24-hour shifts protecting homes and dealing with spot fires.
