(Border Patrol arrests another previously convicted felon)...It happened earlier this week.

El Centro Sector Border Patrol agents assigned to the Calexico station observed a man enter the US illegally about 3 miles east of the Calexico Port of Entry. The man was arrested and taken for processing. During a records check it was revealed the man was a 42 year old Mexican National. It was also revealed th man had been convicted in 2010 for Coercion with Force or Threat of Forced sex in Las Vegas. He had been sentenced to 72 months in Nevada State Prison. The 42 year old was placed in federal custody to await prosecution.
