A Brawley women was fatally injured in a hit and run accident Wednesday night.

According to Brawley Police , 38-year old Kristin Marie Delgado  was struck and killed by a hit and run vehicle at about 9:00 p.m. The incident occurred in the 400 block of west Main Street. The suspect vehicle was described as a gray , late model Dodge pickup truck with a camper shell. The pickup is believed to have sustained damage to the right front of the vehicle. No other information was available and the investigation is underway.
