(COVID 19 Update)...Mixed numbers released in the Thursday update

. The numbers were released by the County Public Health Department. According to the update the New Cases Per Day Per 100,000 population are up slightly from the 14.01 percent reported Wednesday. Thursday new cases were reported at 14.98. The positivity rate was down Thursday to 10.12% from the 11.55% reported Wednesday. The death toll from COVID 19 in Imperial County remains at 335. 73,732 have tested for the virus. 12,373 have tested positive. 11,697 have recovered. There are currently 341 active cases of COVID 19. That is down from the 350 cases reported Wednesday.
