The COVID-19 numbers for Imperial County remain consistent. 

As of Tuesday morning , The number of new cases per day per 100,000 population is 12.15 , up slightly from Monday. The positivity rate is 9.99% , also up slightly from Monday. These metrics have remained in the same range for the last 2 weeks or so and are still too high for Imperial County to be able to move to the next level of reopening the local economy. The number of deaths attributed to the virus remains at 330 while the number of active cases in the Valley is now 338 ,up from 297 on Monday. The OptumServ testing sire at the Brawley Senior Center remains open Monday through Friday 7;00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. They are making appointments but walk-ins are also accepted.
