A would be burlap was arrested by El Centro Police Friday evening.

Shortly after 6:00 p.m. Friday police were notified that someone was seen jumping the fence at the El Centro City Yard on Brighton Avenue. Police located an individual in the yard and then jumping the fence to flee , running westbound on Brighton. The man was detained in the area of 4th and Brighton. He was taken into custody and the cited and released on a variety of charges including Grand Theft and Burglary.
