(Man arrested for Human Smuggling)...It was not his first time.

This week, a Ford Van was stopped at the Border Patrol Checkpoint on Interstate 8. Yuma Sector Border Patrol agents were working the checkpoint. The agents found 12 occupants in the van. Of the 12, 7 were Mexican nationals. None of them had proper documentation to legally be in the United States. They were all detained to be processed for deportation. It turned out the 54 year old driver of the van was currently on probation for a previous conviction of Human Smuggling. The agents arrested the driver.
