(Mike Abatti is not giving up)….He wants a rehearing

. His attorney has filed a petition with the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals. The lengthy petition basically says the Court of Appeals erred in several areas, when, in June they issued a decision reversing most of a Imperial County Superior Court decision to rule in favor of Abatti. The litigation surrounds who owns and controls the water in Imperial County. The appellate court in June said it was the Imperial Irrigation District.
