(Optum Serve)…They have 3 COVID 19 community testing sites

. The sites are at the Brawley Senior Center, Veteran’s Memorial Hall in Imperial, and at the Calexico Community Center Senior Hall. Testing is available at no cost to all residents of all ages. The tests are by appointment only. To schedule an appointment go to lhi.care/covidtesting or call 1-888-634-1123. All sites are open from 7:00 am until 7:00 pm, but are closed from 12:00 to 12:30 pm and 5:00 to 5:30 pm.
