(Fatal Injury incident)…It appears to have been an accident

. Investigators say 65 year old Jose Guadalupe Jaime of Calexico was operating a farm tractor late last week. It was in a field off McCabe Road, about a half mile east of Highway 7. The tractor somehow rolled, ejecting Jaime and landing in a ditch on its roof, pinning the 65 year old underneath. Emergency personnel responded to a 911 call. Paramedic pronounced the man dead at the scene. Officials say there were no signs of foul play. An autopsy will be conducted to determine the exact cause of death.
