The National Weather Service says that Hurricane Rosa has the potential to bring heavy rain to the Imperial and Yuma Valleys.

The increasing moisture associated with the hurricane might bring scattered showers as early as Sunday , becoming more widespread Monday and into Tuesday. Rainfall totals of 1 to 1.5 inches are currently forecast across most of south-central and southwest Arizona and southeast California. NWS says some locations may receive close to 2 inches by Tuesday. The heavy rains could cause localized flooding. Chances for rain in the Imperial Valley appear most likely Monday through Wednesday. Hurricane Rosa is currently tracking off the Pacific Coast of Baja California , Mexico.
