(Calipat City Council Meets Tuesday)....Closed session starts at 5:30 pm.

The Council will hold a conference with Legal Counsel on anticipated litigation. Open session begins at 6 pm. On the Action agenda, the City Council will consider a resolution adopting rules of procedures and decorum for the conduct of City Council meetings. They will discuss the Holt Groups proposal for design Engineering, bidding, constructuon Management/Resident engineering, and grant administration services for Freeman Street improvement project between Industrial and Brown Avenue.. They will discuss authorizing a Request for Qualified professional City Planning and Engineering services and they will consider forming an Ad-Hoc Committee consisting of two council members to work with city staff to review and recommend updates to City Council Policies and Procedures. The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers at City Hall.
