(San Diego Superior Court Judge sets a hearing).... Judge Theodore Weathers says he want to hear from the public.

The hearing will be set October 15.. The Judge will be deciding the placement of two sexually violent predators. The recommendation is that 67 year old Michael Poulson and 71 year old Reynaldo Delrosario be housed at 2135 McCain Valley Road, near Boulevard. Both were convicted of their crimes and sent to a state mental hospital. They are both being released If the recommendation is approved, both men would share the house chosen. Before making his decision, the judge wants to hear public comments.
