The event is being hosted by the Calexico Recreation Department, Elias-Fontes Art Collection, Calexico Arts Council and Carmen Durazo Cultural Arts Council. It will be held at the Cultural Arts Council. Opening night will be September 29th from 5:30 to 7:30 pm
