(Michael Luellen has announced a bid for re=-election).. His Calipatria City Council seat is on the November ballot.

Luellen and two other City Council members were recently named in a recall effort. The Mayor says he wants to continue planned projects he had started in his first term Luellen said his first term was a success and he was to continue that success to benefit the city and its residents.
