(The latest data center lawsuit is underway)...The lawsuit was filed in June against the County Board of Supervisors.

It was filed by Imperial Valley Computer Manufacturing, led by Sebastion Rucci. The suit claims the County unlawfully froze data center projects without identifying an immediate threat to the public health or safety. The litigation is currently being heard in Imperial County Superior Court.
