(Remembering September 11, 2001)...A moment of silence was observed this morning.

It was held at 5:46 Thursday morning to commemorate the same moment Flight 11 crashed into the World Trade Center North Tower on September 11, 2001. US Customs and Border Protection participated in the moment of silence by stopping traffic briefly as it crossed into the United States from Mexicali. The CBP performed the same action at other ports, as well.
