(County Board of Supervisors approve a Platnum Sponsorship)...It was approved on the Board's Consent agenda at their meeting this week.

The $15,000 sponsorship is for the Cancer Resource Center of the Desert's Evening of Hope fundraiser. The Fundraiser will be held October 17. They said the action was to show support of all the Supervisors for local Cancer services and resources. The contribution will help fund patient assistance programs, expand outreach and education, and strengthen critical support services for individuals and families affected by cancer across the county.
