(IVC was forced to cancel classes Monday)....The thunderstorm Monday forced the Jr College to send everybody home and close the campus.

While the thunderstorm was severe, IVC Maintenance and operations had everything cleaned up, making sure the campus was safe and ready for a normal day. The College was able to open Tuesday morning. Crews had cleared flooding and debris and made the necessary repairs after the storm died down. All in-person classes and campus events went on as scheduled.
