(Off-roaders recognized)...It happened at this week's Board of Supervisors meeting.

The board recognized Brock Heger and co-driver Justin Watson for their outstanding achievements in off road racing. They were recognized for their dedication, and talent. The Board said their victories continue to inspire the community and showcase the grit of Imperial Valley athletes.
