Dayshift officers of the El Centro Police Department arrested a suspect in possession of drugs.

Officers recognized the man while patrolling near 5th and State Streets. After contacting the individual. officers located a sizable amount of methamphetamine in his possession. They also found small baggies associated with the sales of drugs. The man was arrested and booked into Imperial County Jail for a variety of charges.
