(The desert shook at 10:08 this morning)....The Southern California Earthquake Data Center says a minor quake was reported.

It was a magnitude 4.2. They say it was centered about 16 miles west northwest of Guadalupe Victoria, south of Mexicali. The quake was felt in El Centro. No damage or injuries have been reported.
