A 38-year-old man was arrested for Driving Under the Influence following an accident in Calexico.

The suspect ran a stop sign and struck another vehicle. A pedestrian walking his dog was also struck and sustained serious injuries. The driver admitted to drinking alcohol before driving. He failed a Field Sobriety Test and his blood alcohol level was above the legal limit. The man was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence.
