(A young man was arrested Monday)....The County Sheriff's Office says he was attempting to steal a tractor.

It was reported late Monday afternoon. They said workerss witnessed the attempt south of Interstate 8 on a canal bank. The workers pulled the suspect off of the tractor and held him until Deputy's arrived. The suspect, identified as 24 year old Taylor Crothers. He was booked into County jail with bail set at $10,000
