The Calipatria City Council will hold a Special Meeting Wednesday.

Items on the agenda include the presentation of new police badges by Chief of Police Fowler and direction for a 120 home development-expired contract. The Council is also expected to issue proclamations declaring October as Breast Cancer Awareness Month and also Down syndrome Awareness Month. The open session meeting is set to begin at 6:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers.
