It deals with threats traveling through social media. Like the police department, the ICOE says the threats are being taken seriously and are being investigated. The ICOE goes on the say most of the threats investigated so far have turned out to not be credible. They say that does not diminish the investigations of the rest of the threats. ICOE say schools are diligently evaluating each report and collaborating with law enforcement closely to ensure the safety of students and staff. It is suggested the public refrain from reposting unverified threats, and report concerns immediately
