(The CBP San Diego Field Office says they will remember those lost on September 11, 2001)...A Moment of Silence will happen on September 11.

The Field Office says at 5:46 am on September 11th, the northbound traffic operations at all the Ports in San Diego and Imperial Counties will stop to commemorate the 23rd anniversary of the 9/11 attack and remembrance of the victims. All the ports from the Pacific Ocean to the Arizona Border will participate. Normal traffic operations will resume immediately following the brief ceremony. Travelers are advised to plan accordingly.
