(The second game of the High School Football Season was big for Calipat)....Thursday the Hornets traveled to Desert Mirage.

It turned out to be a big win for Calipat. The Hornets led the game 56-6 at the half. When it was all over Calipatria had a 65-12 victory. The star of the game had to be Senior running back Dominic Hawk. He had 13 carries, recording 320 yards and 6 touchdowns.
