(IID Board to hold a special meeting).....The meeting will be held Thursday.

The Imperial Irrigation District Board will call the meeting to order at 10:30 am. They will take public comments and then go directlry into closed session. They will discuss anticipated litigation and the board will discuss a threat to public service. That item is not explained on the agenda. After the closed session the board will announce any action taken.
