A man riding his bicycle was arrested early Friday morning.

According to the Imperial County Sheriff's Office, the man was stopped in the early morning hours of Friday in Winterhaven. The bicycle rider was not only riding against traffic he was riding without any lighting equipment. When Deputy Torres questioned the man, he admitted to being in possession of a knife and drugs. He was arrested and booked into Imperial County jail for Possession of methamphetamine and Possession of a Dirk or Dagger.
