(Borel Fire)..An Imperial County Strike team had ben sent to the Borel Fire in Kern County.

Cal Fire says that fire is now 84% contained. Thee fire has been burning since July 24. Cal Fire says they have determined the fire was started by humans, but they have not said if it was arson or accidental. It has burned over 59,300 acres.. The Park Fire is only 34% contained. It is burning in 4 counties. As of Thursday morning, it has burned 426,528 acres. It was started by arson. The Nixon Fire in Riverside County is 100% contained. It destroyed 5,222 acres of brush.
