(County Board of Supervisors extend the contract of the CEO).... The action was taken at this week's Board of Supervisors meeting.

The vote was 3-0 with Supervisors Ryan Kelley and Mike Kelley absent from the meeting. The contract extension is for 5 years. The contract also modifies the benefit package for the County Executive Officer. Among the benefit changes, the CEO gets 7.5 more vacation day, he will now receive a $550 monthly vehicle allowance and he receives a health benefit reimbursement account. With the new document, Miguel Figueroa is contracted to the county to July 15, 2029.
