(Lieutenant Ana Duarte named to the Interim Captain Position).....She will serve as the interim Captain assigned as the Commander of Detention Center Operations.

Duarte is replacing Captain Kelly Milner. Captain Duarte began her career with the Yuma County Sheriff's Office as a Detention officer in 2012. She has worked through several positions at the Detention Center, reaching the rank of Lieutenant in 2020.
