(Picket signs were seen in front of Innercare in El Centro)....Healthcare workers and SEIU-United Healthcare Workers West  and others carried picket signs.

They said they wanted a fair and intimidation free union election. Innercare has released a statement that said they respect and value the right of their employees to engage in this protected and concerted activity, including joining or not joining a labor organization and engaging in these types of activities. The statement said Innercare they would respect and comply with all laws regarding these rights and they would respect their employees' decision in the upcoming election. The union election is set for July 11.
