One of the special aspects is the planned food service. Taking a major step towards that goal was the hiring of the executive chef for the 1905 Bar and Grill. Management has announced the hiring of Chef Juan Manuel Mora. The new Chef was trained at the University of Barcelona in Spain and at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. Mora will over-see all aspects of the food and beverage operation at the restaurant, banquet functions, and specialty dining events. General Manager of the Cambria Imperial Hotel says they are thrilled to welcome Chef Mora to their team. The specialty features of the Hotel include, immersive, spa-style bathrooms, contemporary and sophisticated guestrooms, onsite dining, a multi-function meeting space, a state-of-the-art fitness center and locally inspired design. The plan is to open the facility this summer.
