The Imperial Tigers Softball team has advanced to the CIF Southern California Softball Championship in Division III.

On Saturday the Tigers won the San Diego Section Division II title with an 11 - 2 win over Eastlake. The Tigers have a 27 - 3 - 1 record and will be home team on Tuesday against the J. W. North Huskies from Riverside. North comes in with a 17 - 15 record.
