The Imperial valley Humane Society will hold a Pet Adoption Event at El Centro Motors. There will be dog, cats, kittens and puppies available for adoption from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The Veterans Administration will host a Veterans Outreach Event from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Veterans memorial Hall in Imperial.
An exhibit titled The New West will open at the Gateway Galley in Ocotillo from 2:00 - 6:00 p.m.
The Holtville Rotary Club presents the Fourth Annual Pulled Pork Cook-off from 4:00 - 9:00 p.m. in downtown Holtville.
The Imperial Valley Desert Museum in Ocotillo will present An Evening with an Expert, Journey to the Center of the Earth, Sacred Encounters in the Colorado Desert. The presentation starts at 6:00 p.m.
