The second installment of real property taxes are due April 10, 2024.

Suzanne Bermudez, Treasurer-Tax Collector, reminds taxpayers that payments must be in her office by 5:00 p.m. or bear a postmark of April 10, 2024, or be declared delinquent and subject to a 10 percent penalty and $10.00 charge. Bermudez reminded taxpayers that if you have recently refinanced, or paid off your home loan, you may now be responsible for paying the property taxes.
