. Catalina Alcantra-Santillan is the Board President. Enola Berker is the Vice-President. Rachel Fonseca is the secretary. Linda Rubin is the Treasurer, and Nickolas P. Aguirre is the Assistant Secretary/Treasurer. PMHD says they are proud and grateful for all their hard work and deication to the healthcare district.
