((CHP Holiday program culminates Wednesday)....During the program the California Highway Patrol collects donated toys.

Wednesday those toys will be distributed to pre-selected families. Not only toys, but bikes will also be distributed. The distribution will be at the CHP El Centro Area Office on Highway 86, beginning at 10 am. The CHIP's  For Kids Toy Drive Campaign is a Community Outreach Program that has been in exestence for 35 years. The program allows officers to meet the public and build positive relationships with children.
