A farm labor bus went out of control and rolled over in Yuma.

The accident occurred at about 6:39 a.m. Monday in the area of S. Avenue 37E and East County 4th Street. An agriculture labor bus with 34 occupants was on a field road when the driver lost control and the bus slid down an embankment landing on its side. Multiple agencies responded to the scene to assist with the passengers who were injured. A total of 28 people were transported to Yuma area hospitals with non-life threatening injuries. According to Yuma County Sheriff's Office, alcohol does not appear to be a factor in the accident. The collision remains under investigation.
