(October is National Domestic Violence Awareness Month).....Be A Hero For The Cause.

That is the theme for the 2nd Festival Against Domestic Violence. It will be held on October 21st on the Imperial County Superior Court Grounds, 939 Main Street in El Centro. Attendees are encouraged to dress as your favorite Super Hero. Superman, Batman and Wonderwoman will be at the event. They will also feature free family games, Food Trucks, Vendor Booths and entertainment. The event will run from 10 am to 1 pm. It is being hosted by Womanhaven, a center for family solutions
