The National Weather Service (NWS) says we can expect tranquil weather conditions into the week.
Saturday was the first day of Fall and Imperial Valley weather shows a change in seasons. A generally quiet weather pattern is expected through the next several days with a slight warming trend through midweek as a high pressure builds over the region. By late week and into next weekend, a large low pressure systems likely to move across the western states. This will result incoming temperatures and breeziness. Temperatures will be at or near 100 through Wednesday before they start to drop Thursday. Nightime temperatures will dip to the low to mid 70's in the early part of the week and then drop a few more degrees by the weekend.
