(IID Board to meet on Monday)....At 9 Monday morning the IID Board of Directors will hold a special discussion session.

According to the agenda, they will discuss Board self-monitoring. The Board will take public comments before the discussion session begins. A special closed session meeting will begin at 10:30 Monday morning. According to the agenda, the Board is set to discuss anticipated litigation dealing with one case in the Water Department. They will also discuss existing litigation. That will concern the International Brotherhood of Electrical workers local 465 versus the Imperial Irrigation District.. If any action is taken, it will be announced at the end of the closed session.
