There is good news and bad news with the latest COVID-19 update.
According to the Imperial County Department of Public Health, the number of active cases of the coronavirus has dropped to 137. That's a dip from the 150 reported last week. That's the good news. The bad news, there has been one more death attributed to the disease. That number is now 979, an increase of 1 over last weeks numbers.
