(COVID 19 update)....New numbers were released Thursday Morning.

COVID numbers are provided by the County Public Health Department. According to the new numbers, there are currently 138 active cases of COVID 19 in Imperial County. That is 10 more than what was reported Tuesday. The COVID 19 Tier Metrics for Imperial County indicate new cases per day per 100,000 population are at 5.80, with a positivity rate of 6.4%. Fatalities from COVID 19 remain at 971. COVID Numbers south of the border are very good. New numbers were released by the Baja California State Department of Public Health. They indicate just 55 active cases of COVID 19 in Mexicali. 339 active cases were reported in Tijuana. 127 active cases were reported in Ensenada.
