Specifically, to address the needs of transitioning homeless individuals and families into permanent housing while supporting the efforts of those individuals and families to maintain their permanent housing. They say funding should be housing focused by either funding permanent housing interventions directly or have clear pathways to connect people to permanent housing from a shelter or via street intervention. The RFP provides the information and forms necessary to prepare a proposal for IVCCC Homeless housing, Assistance and Prevention Round 1 and Round 2 grant funds. The deadline is Friday at 4:00 pm, February 3rd.
